1. Melanoma
It is not as common as other forms of skin cancer, but it is more serious and even fatal. Consult your doctor if you notice that a mole has changed shape or color, has irregular borders, or is bleeding.
2. Squamous cell carcinoma
This type of skin cancer usually appears as a solid, red rash that peels or bleeds, or as a sore that doesn't heal. It most often appears on the nose, forehead, ears, lower lip, and hands, which are areas most exposed to the sun.
3. Bowen's disease
It is also called “squamous cell carcinoma in situ.” This type of cancer spreads outward, on the surface of the skin. Invasive squamous cell carcinoma, on the other hand, usually spreads inward. Bowen’s disease rashes are reddish and scaly. They are often confused with eczema, ringworm, or psoriasis.
4.Basal cell carcinoma
It is the most common form of skin cancer and is relatively easy to treat compared to the others. Because it spreads slowly, it is more common in adults. It manifests itself in various ways, such as a white rash with visible vascularity, on the ears, neck or face. It can also be flat and scaly, have the same shade as the skin or be brown in color.
